3 month milestones At 3 months, your baby may be ready to: raise head and chest and push up to elbows when lying on tummy grasp and shake hand toys begin to roll over reach for dangling objects smile at the sound of your voice begin to babble recognize familiar people and toys enjoy playing and interacting with you All babies are different and develop at their own special pace, so try not to worry if your baby isn't doing all of these things just yet.
